By accessing or using ibuildinpublic, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with applicable laws.
You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information and for keeping your credentials secure.
You may need to complete onboarding and publish a profile to use certain features.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or that pose risk to the platform or other users.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ibuildinpublic a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the service.
You represent that you have the rights to post your content and that it does not infringe others’ rights.
Public profiles and approved community content may be indexed or shared by other users via links.
Do not use the platform for unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or spam activity.
Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the service without permission.
Community-specific rules are in our Community Guidelines, incorporated by reference.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Builder content reflects individual authors, not ibuildinpublic. We do not endorse user submissions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ibuildinpublic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you use the free tier.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
